Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
